The In-laws

Last week, my in-laws came into town! Well, actually they came to Orlando- so we met them down there. They are so stinking fun to be with. They try to make it out at least every six months, and I am always counting down until the time finally comes! It is just so fun- they come all the way out here to see their Grand baby... its just the four of us loving on Jules, and giving her undivided attention. She eats it up. It's kind of sick actually. Haha. She's their first one, so they just think everything she does is so cute and funny. Which as a first time parent it's kind of funny, because that's totally how I am too. Bob is always saying... "okay... what are you going to do next?" Like she is our total entertainment when they come into town.
We had such a good time with Bob and Yasmin. We stayed at one of the Disney Resorts, and it was so awesome! What was super cool though, was that it had it's own private like lake thing and a Boardwalk around it with really cool restaurants and stores and stuff. You can actually rent these bike things there (see pics below), and peddle around the Boardwalk. (Oh my gosh but the hills were IMPOSSIBLE to get up. You should have seen us four grown adults huffing and puffing to get up this hill. Definitely got my workout that day.) We also went to Disney World a few times, and Jules was in heaven. And so was I. Funnel cakes, ice cream, chocolate cake, just to name a few:). But oh my the best thing EVER for Julia was the Winnie the Pooh and Friends character luncheon that Bob and Yasmin took us to (and you KNOW how much she loves Pooh). The girl was out of control! When Pooh and the gang walked out, you would have thought she just saw Justin Bieber, or the Beatles or something. She was screaming like crazy! She had lost her baby mind. We were rolling. So these characters make their way to your tables, and Julia had absolutely NO patience for that. She was DYING to see them. She pretty much whined and was so mad, until one of the characters came to see her. Then she was starstruck. Oh my goodness the happiest little girl you ever saw. But as soon as they left, wow. The drama started again. Who would've known. Luckily Grandma came up with this game of sprinkles and a spoon or it probably would have been a very long lunch. Haha it was such a blast. We had such a good time eating, shopping, swimming, going to parks, and just being able to hang around and talk with Bob and Yasmin. They even watched Jules one night so we could actually go on a date! By ourselves! We had SO MUCH FUN with Grandma and Grandpa, and are already counting down til their next visit! Thank you so much- it means a ton to us. We love you guys lots!
(PS sorry for the picture overload- I promise not to post pictures of my child and people in animal costumes for a while:)
